Yoga found me in a time I didn’t realise I needed it most, during my time working as a Publicist in London. I was suffering from severe panic attacks, anxiety, and rosacea. Unbeknown to me, my body was begging me to listen to slow down but I was so disconnected from myself, that I couldn’t hear the screams.
I’ve been someone who’s felt ruled by my inner demons from a young age and yoga gave me the keys to my freedom. Yoga taught me that I was not my thoughts. Since that liberating day – I’ve been on quest to understand the human mind and body.
After losing my Father, I knew that was going to be the biggest challenge my mind and body was ever going to face, and so I found Conscious Connected Breathwork. Since then, I’ve found Breathwork to be the most powerful and therapeutic tool I hold. The breath allowed me to access parts of my body that words could not find.
The breath has been my gateway to move me deep into the layers of my body, where I tap into my innate bodies intelligence to heal itself and guide me through my journey. My breath brought my back home to me, who I was before the world told me who to be.
I’ve undertaken years of training in yoga, meditation, psychotherapy and breathwork and now work with individuals to help support them on their healing journeys. We all have the right to learn how we can heal ourselves.
