All sessions use a Somatic Breathwork Therapy approach. Through breath, sound and movement, therapeutic touch, held in a trauma informed environment – we aim to tap into the body’s intelligence, to connect you back to self.
These sessions can support many people especially those currently experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, all the way to looking for inspiration for a new adventure and connecting to your life's purpose.
You will be held in a safe and confidential space to allow you to truly let go and transform.
A minimum of four-sessions is recommended in order to get the most benefit.
All in-person sessions are currently being held at Resilience Zone in Parsons Green, London.
