BREATHWORK FOR ANY TIME OF THE DAY 

As part of your membership, alongside the library of breathwork meditations, I will also be hosting weekly Zoom sessions. These classes will be aimed at using the breath to clear the emotional body in order to come back into alignment. Reconnecting us to our core. Remembering, we are not what has happened to us. We are what we choose to become… 

Since relocating my life down under, I wanted to create a virtual space that keeps us all still connected, WHEREVER WE ARE GEOGRAPHICALLY. 

Whether you have already embarked on your breathwork journey or are keen to start - this is my offering to those who want to formulate a regular practice and learn how to master your breath to live a more embodied and connected life. 

The online studio is divided into sections. A series of Sun Breathes, the help energise you in the morning and set you up for the day ahead, Moon Breathes, to help unwind from the day and drop you into a deep sleep and lastly Water Breathes. These are a series of sessions that can be used at any time of the day, when you feel you need to come back into balance. Recalibrate. Disconnect from the outside world,to reconnect back in.
